it's been a tough week,
but also a week of good company.

thank you for all your presences made whenever you could while james and i were back in singapore. i know all of you each have your own busy lives, but still, you'll tried to take some time of to just hang out with us, catchup and play. :) i adore times with each of you! there was never once a dull moment. you all make up the colours of the rainbow in my life. some moments definately felt better than others but still whether it was a struggle i was going through while i was back home or if it was good times, they were all necessary and God showed me that. it's part of growing up and living life for myself. the self choices and decisions that i make.
my life, myself, my world is from Him, through Him, is secured in Him.

:) so i've been trying to get back to life here, settling in, sinking it all the way in. and hopefully, all the friendships back in singapore, while we're here, you'd share with us what God's doing in your lives, revelations that you've come across. share the spirit & what God is saying to you in each of your lives. i'd appreciate that!

stace and ben has been a great support of being back here in perth. necessary drawing away from home was needed, so i decided i needed to occupy myself and do other stuff with people. we hung out with my two most fav. people and who makes me feel like i can be totally me here in Perth. stace stayed over on friday and saturday, while ben stayed over on saturday.
we had a good o'saturday of nua-ing and good food. we turned the entire living room into some sort of cosy crib with beanbags, fleece blankets, a heater, a laptop that plays dvds and speakers! and we sat there watching stuff all day. besides the time we went to get brunch and do grocery shopping. so don't worry it wasn't all day that we were watching. HAHA. though you all know it's possible for me to do that. =| oops!

whats been going on?

it's about 2.5 weeks down till the holidays officially start for UWA and Curtin.
but this week's been study break week, and even though i've got assignments due, i've been spending heaps of time in the kitchen.

last wednesday, i cooked dinner for the cell. :) it was cell closure. what's more better than to have a meal together in a house right? with people.


then today, i had shan, xin and brandon over for dinner. no photos. but part of the reason why i was in the kitchen for so long was becos of *drum roll:

ok, there were loads more than just these. but we ate some and brandon took home some and i gave some to aunty anne for the family.

*a little detail to the house:
